FaktorPlus FP PURGE

»Fuel system cleaning«

As time passes, varnish, resins, boiled oil, and other impurities (e.g., clogged injection nozzles) are deposited in the fuel system of a vehicle, which results in overloading of the system. These phenomena are invisible from the outside and cannot be removed using traditional, standard servicing activities. They can significantly deteriorate the engine’s efficiency and, in general, the combustion process, thus having an adverse effect on the engine. A negative outcome may include increased harmful substance emissions, as well as higher fuel consumption, or even a damage to the car or engine, which implies additional costs for the user. Our FP PURGE machine is able to clean the inside of the engine and fuel lines by means of circulating a special fluid, FP PURGE (a cleaning liquid). The FP PURGE process can be used safely, and it has been certified by the Technical Inspection Association of Thuringia (TÜV Thüringen).

The oil and lubrication system of an engine not only decisively determines its longevity, but is also subjected to significant loads, as reflected in oil change intervals prescribed by the manufacturer. FP ENERGIZE contains nanoparticles which, brought into the oil, use it as a carrier and are deposited on friction surfaces.

FP ENERGIZE considerably improves the lubricating action of the oil on the surfaces. Thanks to impregnation with the FP ENERGIZE agent, dirt particles can no longer settle and are removed from the oil system through the filter. In this way, active protection is achieved of the whole system against wear and tear.

FP ENERGIZE has been tested for efficiency and certified and can be safely used in all engines. It is available both for engines as well as automatic and manual gearboxes.

FP ENERGIZE contains nanoparticles which, when introduced into the oil, use it as a carrier and are deposited on friction surfaces.

FP ENERGIZE considerably improves the lubricating action of the oil on the surfaces. Thanks to the impregnation with the FP ENERGIZE agent, dirt particles can no longer settle and are removed from the oil system through the filter. This provides active protection for the whole system against wear and tear.

Our conditioners are added directly to fuel to optimize it.

FP 4000 and FP ARCTIC have been developed specifically for diesel fuel. This fuel binds water due to its hygroscopic properties, thus causing water to deposit within fuel systems in the longer term, which creates a perfect breeding ground for bacteria. These not only have an adverse effect on fuel quality, but also cause corrosion and wear the system, even up to the appearance of microorganisms with visible biological sediment (the so-called “diesel plague,” i.e., microbial contamination of diesel fuel). FaktorPlus FP 4000 is able to bind the water present in the system and remove it in a harmless way. At the same time, it improves fuel quality and prevents bacterial contamination of the fuel tank.

FP ARCTIC makes diesel fuel resistant to winter weather conditions, by bringing the freezing point down to as low as -39°C. Thus, the oil remains liquid and keeps the engine going also in difficult operating conditions. In addition, FP ARCTIC has the same positive properties as FP 4000.

FaktorPlus FP 10000 is designed for all heavy fuels (used in transport, navy, industry). These fuels undergo large quality fluctuations and often contain non-combustible elements. Filters and separators must remove water and particulates and are often overused beyond their capacity. This leads to poor fuel quality and the resulting increased wear or downtimes due to frequent maintenance intervals.

FP 10000 is a sulfur-free and ashless, special additive whose active substances increase liquidity and, consequently, facilitate heavy oil purification prior to its combustion. Moreover, by creating a water-oil emulsion, the agent ensures that water is removed from the tank. Fuel lines do not get clogged, and separators and filters are not overused to such a great extent. Everyday maintenance expenses become reduced, whereas the special components enable better and more efficient combustion, which results in less combustion residue and harmful emission.

FaktorPlus FP REFUELLING

»Controlling and management of the quality of fuel purchase, storage and distribution«

FP REFUELLING is our solution for fuel management at an (in-house) filling station. It monitors all processes relating to fuel, storage, quality assurance and distribution, even digitally, thanks to an interface connection with the FP MONITORING system. The system sends warnings in case a refilling or minimum levels have been reached, and documents all supplies and distributions. Also, the fully automated dosing of FP 4000 or FP ARCTIC in the right proportion ensures positive properties of fuel conditioners and, in this way, increases i.a., the stability of diesel fuel storage and prevents the tank against bacterial contamination. The reliability of your fleet is ensured by recording levels and controlling the supplier (for quality and quantity) on a continuous basis.
